How to reset a Forgotten Password

Forgot Your Password? Here's How to Reset It

If you've forgotten your password for the Offroadin' app, don't worry – we've got you covered. Follow these simple steps to reset your password and regain access to your account:

1. Open the App

• Launch the Offroadin' app on your device.

2. Navigate to the Login Screen

• Find and tap the "Forgot Password?"  link on the login screen.

3. Enter Your Email Address or Username

• Provide the email address or username associated with your Offroadin' account.
• Tap the "Send Email"  button to initiate the password reset process.

4. Check Your Email

• Check your email inbox for a message from Offroadin'. This email will contain instructions on how to reset your password.

• Please check your spam or junk folder if you don't see the email in your inbox.

5. Click the Reset Link

• Open the email and click on the provided reset link. This will redirect you to a page where you can create a new password.

6. Set a New Password

• On the password reset page, enter a new password adhering to the following criteria:

• Minimum length: 6 characters
• Include:
  • at least 1 uppercase letter
  • at least 1 lowercase letter
  • at least 1 number
  • at least 1 symbol

7. Confirm the New Password

• Re-enter the new password to confirm.
• Once done, save the changes.

Congratulations! You've successfully reset your password and can now log in to the Offroadin' app with your updated credentials.
