Why am I required to change my Offroadin' password?

Recently, we migrated our server to a more advanced and secure infrastructure to enhance your overall experience with the Offroadin' App. This migration was essential to ensure the privacy and safety of your data. We are thrilled to announce that all your valuable information, including routes, achievements, and preferences, has been successfully transferred to the new server.

However, we could not migrate your passwords during this process due to our commitment to maintaining the highest security standards. Your privacy is our top priority, and you must take an extra step to secure your account.

Action Required: Reset Your Password

To align with our upgraded security measures, we ask that you reset your password the next time you open the Offroadin' App after updating to the newest version, 4.2. This simple process will ensure your account remains secure, protecting your off-road adventures and personal data.

How to Reset Your Password:

1. Open the Offroadin' App on your device.

2. Click Change Password on the Alert that pops up.

3. Enter your email or username associated with your account in the Forgot Password form. (we know you didn't forget your password; it acts in the same form as changing it.)

4. Click the Send Email button

5. Follow the emailed instructions to create a new, secure password.
