Trips & Garage wont load once logged in

Many users note that when signing in to the app for the first time or when changing users on the app, that their history of trips don't load and their garage isn't accurate.


A simple fix to this is to close the app and remove it from the app switcher.

To remove from the app switcher, simple swipe up on the app like you are force closing it. You might already do this to other apps so it should be familiar when closing apps. 

This will clear the cache on the app and will reload the authentication token upon reopening it. Now all of your data will load in.


Please do not start tracking or adding a vehicle until all of your data loads. Do not try to track a trip if your car hasn't loaded yet. Restart the app, then track.


We have found this fix to work 100% and we are currently working to add a auto reload feature on the API of the app.
